Registration 2025 meeting

Dear SCS members,

This year’s registration for the Woudschoten meeting 24-26 September 2025, will go slightly different than previous registrations.

To avoid high costs for unused registrations, we need to give the total number of people that would like to stay overnight during the conference, already on the 27^th of June to the Woudschoten conference center.

This means the registration for the meeting is now open via this link.

You can register and pay now.
If  you choose to register after the 27^th of June, there is no room guarantee with packages A and D but you can of course register for packages B and C. After the 27^th of June the costs increase with 25 euro and the registration date ends 5 September 2025.

Note: You will be asked to pay with iDEAL, Mister Cash or credit card directly at registration.
Please have your payment ready. iDEAL or Mister Cash are preferred.

Deadline for registration is September 5th 2025.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made before June 27th, will qualify full refund less a 25 euro administration fee. Prior to September 5th, 50% refund and no refund for cancellations after September 5th.
