Registration 2023 meeting

Registration is closed.

Note: You will be asked to pay with iDEAL, Mister Cash or credit card directly at registration.
Please have your payment ready. iDEAL or Mister Cash are preferred.

Deadline for registration is September 18th 2023.

Early  bird conference fees*:

• Package A € 535,00, including two nights lodging in the Conference Centre Woudschoten (full board)
• Package B € 330,00 including lunch and dinners
• Package C € 240,00, including lunches only

In case of package A, if you share the room you will receive a reduction per person per night.

*Early bird fees must be paid before September 4th 2023, otherwise the higher price will be implemented.

Conference fee (after September 4th)

• Package A € 560,00 including two nights lodging in the Conference Centre Woudschoten (full board)
• Package B € 355,00 including lunch and dinners
• Package C € 265,00 including lunches only

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made before September 4th, will qualify full refund less a 25 euro administration fee.

• prior to September 11th, 50% refund;
• prior to September 18th, 15% refund;
• No refund* will be issued for cancellation after September 18th. (However registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization.)
