Poster session Woudschoten Conference 2021

Dear participant of the Woudschoten conference 2021,

This year, the posters will be organized in a slightly different way than before. We would like to ask you kindly to follow the steps below.

1. Please, prepare a pdf file in A4 format, one page in landscape, full color, including your name, affiliation and the poster title. This file will be used for the one minute poster pitch on Thursday October 7th (the session starts at 09:00).  Please, send me this file until September 29th.

2. Also, until September 29th I would like to receive your actual poster (pdf format, portrait). We plan to display these posters online on our website.

3. Please, bring the printed poster (A0, portrait) to Woudschoten. When you arrive you can place your poster on one of the poster boards (you will receive a number that matches your online poster).

On Thursday after lunch there will be a poster session when you can defend your poster to the interested audience. Furthermore, the speakers (jury) and anyone interested may contact you about your poster via email.

There will be a poster prize. The winner will be announced on Friday, October 8th, after the general assembly.

Please, send your title, pdf pitch file and the pdf of the poster to numwisk@cwi.nl. You can do it anytime from now until September 29th.

The winners will be invited to present their research on the Spring Meeting of 2022 and will be awarded with a gift voucher.
