Woudschoten Conference Centre

The 2021 edition of the "Woudschoten Conference", the annual scientific computing conference of the Netherlands and Flanders (Belgium) will be held from Wednesday 6 October until Friday 8 October 2021 in the Woudschoten Conference Center in Zeist (The Netherlands).

Directions to the Woudschoten Conference center:

The nearest train station is Driebergen Zeist. The current OV travel times can be found in the travel planner 9292.

As of this year there is no Woudschoten shuttle service from and to the station.

Woudschoten is centrally located and also easily accessible by car. Woudschoten has a large paved non-covered parking for 300 cars (free).

The Woudschoten Conference Center will obey the new anti-corona measures of the Dutch government, starting 25 September. This has consequences for our conference.
When you check-in at Woudschoten, you have to show a valid corona admission pass and identification card/document.
You receive a corona admission pass when you are fully vaccinated, have a valid proof of recovery or a proof of a negative test result (valid max. 24 hours).
Testing is free for those who are not vaccinated or who have no proof of recovery. You can make a test appointment at: https://www.testenvoortoegang.org/.

Pay attention to the above, because when you are not allowed to check-in, your registration fee will not be returned.
