Registration

Registration is possible by using the electronic conference registration form.

Note: You will be asked to pay with iDEAL, Mister Cash or credit card directly at the registration. Please have your payment ready. iDEAL or Mister Cash are preferred, because payment by credit card is more expensive, not for you but for the WSC.
Deadline for registration is September 30, 2016.

Early bird conference fees*:

  • Package A: € 390.00 including two nights lodging in the Conference Centre Woudschoten (full board),
    (In case of package A you can choose to share your room, in which case you will receive a reduction of € 20,00 p.p.p.n.)
  • Package B: € 210.00 including lunches and dinners,
  • Package C: € 135.00 including lunches only.

*Early bird fees must be paid before September 10, 2016, otherwise the higher price will be implemented.

Conference fees:

  • Package A: € 415.00 including two nights lodging in the Conference Centre Woudschoten (full board),
    (In case of package A you can choose to share your room, in which case you will receive a reduction of € 20,00 p.p.p.n.)
  • Package B: € 235.00 including lunches and dinners,
  • Package C: € 160.00 including lunches.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation made before  September 10, 2016 will qualify full refund less a € 25.00 administration fee. Thereafter, per person the cancellation fees are:

  • prior to September 24, 2016: 50% refund;
  • prior to October 1, 2016: 15% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation after October 1, 2016.


However, registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization.
