Summer School "Waves: Modeling, Analysis, and Numerics", August 25-29

Dear colleagues,

We are happy to announce the summer school "Waves: Modeling, Analysis, and Numerics", which will take place from August 25 to 29, 2025, at Radboud University in Nijmegen.

From large-scale natural events such as earthquakes and tsunamis to the intricate realm of nano-optical devices and medical imaging, the development of reliable mathematical models and efficient numerical methods for understanding and simulating wave phenomena, along with the accompanying numerical analysis and fast algorithms, lies at the core of modern scientific discoveries and technological advancements.

The summer school will offer a comprehensive overview of various mathematical aspects of wave phenomena through six short courses. The event is sponsored by 4TU, AMI, and Radboud University. Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory. Participants will also be able to share their research in a poster session.
