Registration 2022 meeting

Registration is closed.

Note: You will be asked to pay with iDEAL, Mister Cash or credit card directly at registration.
Please have your payment ready. iDEAL or Mister Cash are preferred.

Deadline for registration is September 23rd 2022.

Early  bird conference fees*:

• Package A € 515,00, including two nights lodging in the Conference Centre Woudschoten (full board)
• Package B € 315,00 including lunch and dinners
• Package C € 225,00, including lunches only

In case of package A, if you share the room you will receive a reduction per person per night.

*Early bird fees must be paid before September 13th 2022, otherwise the higher price will be implemented.

Conference fee (after September 13th)

• Package A € 540,00, including two nights lodging in the Conference Centre Woudschoten (full board)
• Package B € 340,00, including lunch and dinners
• Package C € 250,00, including lunches only

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made before September 13th 2022, will qualify full refund less a 25 euro administration fee.

• prior to September 19th 2022, 50% refund;
• prior to September 23rd 2022, 15% refund;
• No refund* will be issued for cancellation after September 23rd 2021. (However registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization.)

Cancellation due to COVID-19
We will follow the measurement of the government. When the location has to close due to lock down you will be fully refunded. We will keep you posted about any changes in the program due to COVID-19.
