Registration
Registration is now open.
You can register by using the electronic conference registration form.
You can find all the conference fee package options here.
Note: You will be asked to pay with iDEAL, Mister Cash or credit card directly at registration.
Please have your payment ready. iDEAL or Mister Cash are preferred.
Deadline for registration is September 27th 2019.
Early bird conference fees*:
- Package A € 475,00, including two nights lodging in the Conference Centre Woudschoten (full board)
- Package B € 286,00, including lunch and dinners
- Package C € 206,00, including lunches only
In case of package A, you can choose to share the room. In which case you will receive a reduction of 27,50 euro per person per night.
*Early bird fees must be paid before September 9th 2019, otherwise the higher price will be implemented.
Conference fee (after September 9th)
- Package A € 500,00, including two nights lodging in the Conference Centre Woudschoten (full board)
- Package B € 311,00, including lunch and dinners
- Package C € 231,00, including lunches only
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made before September 9th 2019, will qualify full refund less a 25 euro administration fee.
- prior to September 16th 2019, 50% refund;
- prior to September 23rd 2019, 15% refund;
- No refund* will be issued for cancellation after September 23rd 2019. (However registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization.)
