Woudschoten packages
The participants can choose from the following packages:
- Package A:€ 394,00 for conference and two night lodging in the
Woudschotenconferentiecentrum,
inclusive breakfast, lunches and dinners,
- Package B: € 218,00 for conference, lunches and dinners,
- Package C: € 145,00 for conference and lunches only.
Would you like to have night lodging, then you could arrange room sharing with a colleague,
or you can book a room in another hotel is Zeist.
The secretary can help you if you like.

If you can not attend the conference for the whole period, please contact the
secretary by sending an email with the following information:
- which days you would like to attend the conference
- whether you need a single night lodging and if so, which night (Wednesday 5 or Thursday 6 October)

Payment is due upon submission of your registration: please make your money transfer into the

For registrations after 26 August 2012 and for payments
received 1 September 2012 the charged fees are increased by € 25.- .
Cancellation policy Cancellation made beyond 1 September 2012
will qualify full refund less a € 25.- administration fee.
Thereafter, per person the cancellation fees are:
one month prior to the first day of the conference: 50% refund;
two weeks prior to the first day of the conference: 15% refund.
No refund will be issued for cancellation after 26 September 2012.

To catch the audience's attention there will be a one-minute session.
For this session you must deliver a PDF file (A4 format, one page in
landscape, full color).
This file will be projected during the 1-minute session.
Registration of a poster, including poster title and PDF file, can be
done upto the deadline of 1 September 2012 by sending
an email to the secretary.
